Forms Update
Please Note: In order to properly update the M/Docs II software, you must have version 2.5 installed.

Updating your forms database of for M/Docs II is a three-step process.
First, update your forms database:
- 1. Click on the link below to begin the download.
- 2. When prompted to Run, Save or Cancel, select Save.
We recommend that you save the file to your Desktop so it is easier to find.
- 3. Open M/Docs II.
- 4. Close the Welcome screen by clicking the Close button (X)
in the lower right area of the window.
- 5. Click on the Tools menu and hover the mouse over the Restore
From Backup, you will see a fly-out window appear. Click on Restore Main
Database.
- 6. Select the 2.5.0.0.3.MDM-Bkp file you downloaded; then click Open.
- 7. Click Yes to the next window.
- 8. Click OK to the Restore Confirmation window.

Next, reactivate your subscription:
- 9. Click on the Help menu near the top of the window.
- 10. Click on My Subscriptions and choose Yes to connect
to the Miller/Davis server.
- 11. Once the subscription window opens, click on the Request Status
tab.
- 12. Click on the Save icon under the Update Status column and click
Yes to run the activation.
- 13. Click OK to the confirmation windows.
- 14. Close M/Docs II.
Finally, run the Database Update Application to enable you to save new documents
and access your old ones:
- 15. Close M/Docs II before proceeding.
- 16. Click on the link below to begin the download.
- 17. When prompted to Run, Save or Cancel, select Save.
We recommend that you save the file to your Desktop so it is easier to find.
- 18. Once the file is done downloading, double click it to begin the update process.
*If you are prompted to Run or Cancel, select Run.
- 19. Click on the Start Update button on the M/Docs II Update
window.
- 20. Click Yes to the MDocsII-Patch window.
- 21. When the update finishes, click OK.
- 22. Click Cancel.
- 23. Your M/Docs II software is now up to date.

If your antivirus software flags the application for any reason, select the appropriate
responses within the warning window to allow the application to run.
