Form #:PR-1836 This form is used by the court to order a hearing on a petition for summary settlement of a small estate. A hearing is usually not required when summary settlement is requested. The court will hold a hearing when the deceased person died six or more years before the petition was filed, and he or she died intestate, without leaving a will.
